 Dina Sierra Smith and Mitzi Gill, with combined real estate experience spanning more than 40 years, have set a standard of excellence in their real estate careers. Third generation Tampa native, Dina graduated from the Academy of the Holy Names and the University of Florida. She started her career in real estate in 1994 when she joined Avila Realty. Mitzi joined at the same time, so the two decided to team up, forming what has been a truly successful partnership that has endured through the years. In 2004 after Avila had completed development, Smith and Gill joined Smith and Associates Real Estate, calling it one of the best moves of their career.
Dina's community service involvement is vast with the majority of the focus centered on University Community Hospital where she has presided on the Foundation Board and chaired several successful events.
Mitzi has resided in Tampa since 1958 and has been in the Real Estate industry close to 30 years. As the broker, she opened The Reserve at Tampa Palms handling the sales of the luxury home sites. In 1994, Mitzi joined Avila Realty and teamed up with Dina to form a strong and prosperous partnership.
Mitzi has been actively involved in numerous community service organizations around the Tampa Bay area. She has served on various committees, such as University Community Hospital Foundation, Fashionistas, Moffitt Cancer Center, and The Children's Cancer Center where she previously presided as a board member.
